Exchange Policy
You can exchange your jewellery within 4 days from the date you receive it.
The item must be in unused, unworn, and original condition with all tags, certificates, and packaging intact.
We do not provide a pick-up facility. The item must be shipped back to us at your own expense.

Return Policy
Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
To be eligible for a refund, you must provide an unboxing video showing the product from the moment of opening the parcel till the end, without any cuts or edits.
Customized or personalized jewellery is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
⚠️ Important Note:
Any item sent back without prior email confirmation will not be accepted.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For safety & hygiene reasons, certain jewellery items (such as earrings, nose pins) are non-returnable.
