EXCHANGE | RETURN POLICY

Exchange Policy

  • You can exchange your jewellery within 4 days from the date you receive it.

  • The item must be in unused, unworn, and original condition with all tags, certificates, and packaging intact.

  • We do not provide a pick-up facility. The item must be shipped back to us at your own expense.

  • Before sending any exchange request, please inform us via email at help.rashree@gmail.com.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must provide an unboxing video showing the product from the moment of opening the parcel till the end, without any cuts or edits.

  • Customized or personalized jewellery is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

⚠️ Important Note:

  • Any item sent back without prior email confirmation will not be accepted.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • For safety & hygiene reasons, certain jewellery items (such as earrings, nose pins) are non-returnable.
