6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Jewellery can be exchanged within 4 days from receipt, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags, certificates, and packaging intact.
No pick-up facility is offered; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products.
Refund requests must include an unboxing video (uncut, from parcel opening till full inspection).
Customized or personalized jewellery is non-returnable and non-refundable.
